Thank you for choosing to stay at Grassmoor Guest House. We look forward to meeting you and hope you will enjoy your stay. By making this booking you have entered into a legally binding contract with us to which these terms and conditions apply.
The price includes accommodation plus full breakfast. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional drinks, telephone calls etc are additional. Payment by card.
The following cancellation charges apply: £10.00 administration fee. If you need to cancel your booking and the room(s) are unable to be re-booked: 100% of total stay within 7 days of arrival, 50% of total stay within 14 days. This charge applies to each and every room booked. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a confirmed booking constitutes a binding contract.
For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend holiday cancellation insurance. Guests are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2:00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged.
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable in full on departure.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the guests and will pay to Grassmoor Guest House on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Grassmoor Guest House.
Sorry, pets are not permitted.
Grassmoor Guest House does not accept responsibility for, damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of vehicles parked on the premises.
Any data collected during the course of this booking may be kept on computer.
