About the bed and breakfast

Built around 1875, Grassmoor is a traditional slate built Victorian townhouse offering stunning views of Skiddaw to the front & Walla Crag at the reat. We have well appointed, comfortable ensuite bedrooms. All our rooms have tea & coffee making facilities (always fair trade), a flat screen TV, silent fridge, hairdryers and lovely soft towels.

If you are in Keswick to enjoy the great outdoors, we can offer secure storage for up to 4 mountain bikes, along with drying facilities for any wet clothes. We also have an iron and ironing board available for guests’ use. Wi-Fi is available to all guests free of charge. Unfortunately Grassmoor is not suitable for those with limited mobility – if you are unsure please contact us.

Single Occupancy

Deposit & Terms

Typically we require a deposit equivalent to your first nights stay to confirm a booking. Once a booking has been made, either over the telephone, via email or in writing, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid is non-refundable.
