Accommodation

Grassmoor is a traditional slate built Victorian townhouse built around 1875. The house offers stunning views of Skiddaw to the front and Walla Cragg to the rear. All rooms are en-suite, have TV, kettles, silent fridge, hairdryers and towels.

The space inside the property is simply amazing and stylish.

Upon entering the property there is a central hallway, to the left which leads to the living room with plenty of comfortable seating for 6 people and smart TV.

The large dining room is located next to the large well equipped kitchen providing plenty of space for family dinners.

The utility room at the back of the house has a washer and dryer with separate downstairs WC, the utility room provides access to the rear courtyard garden.

Upstairs there are 3 well equipped en-suite bedrooms, each with their own TVs, kettles and silent fridges.

Room 2 is a large super-king room which has amazing views of Skiddaw and Latrigg and also has a seating area and smart TV.

Room 3 is a standard king size room with great views to the rear of Walla Crag.

Room 4 is a large super-king room which can be made into a twin room on request, again boasting a seating area and views of Skiddaw.
